Description: The youngest town in Slovakia is a truly lovely pilgrim location. It is home to a baroque basilica and monastery which are yearly visited by thousands of worshippers. Therefore, the new lighting system is an expression of the city representatives to provide for safety and highlight the beauties of the town at the same time. The town’s decision to go for a solution by OMS has also a great ecological impact. Yearly CO2 production in the town was decreased by 104.54 kg and the savings on energy reached 83.48 % ( ~ 414,854.47 kWh/year, 1,493.48 GJ/year).
